Tax-privileged
The PRIME TIME fitness clubs and programmes are certified for workplace health promotion under § 20b SGB V. This qualifies them for the tax exemption under § 3 no. 34 of the German Income Tax Act:
- Up to €600 per employee per year, free of income tax and social contributions.
- Separately, the €50 monthly benefit-in-kind threshold under § 8 (2) remains available for other purposes.
